How do you scale localized content production for Adobe Express across three diverse European markets while maintaining cultural authenticity and building a distributed team of 39 specialized contributors across four agencies?

The challenge was creating 55,000+ assets that would resonate authentically in French, British, and German markets without diluting Adobe's global brand standards. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all content strategy, I developed market-specific approaches grounded in cultural insights and user behavior data. I developed cultural insights frameworks and data-driven briefs that ensured content quality across all touchpoints. Using Amplitude analytics to understand customer template preferences, I created strategic briefs that aligned content production with actual user demand while maintaining Adobe's global brand standards.

Each European market had distinct content consumption patterns and cultural expectations. French audiences responded to sophisticated visual storytelling, British users favored wit and accessibility, while German markets prioritized functionality and precision. Traditional content scaling approaches were failing because they ignored these fundamental cultural differences. My research revealed that generic "European" content failed to resonate with local audiences who expected culturally relevant creative experiences.
